We are a well packaged and convenient one stop health care facility.

Careteam+ accepts most insurance programs and for those uninsured and underinsured, we have a sliding fee schedule that will ensure that you too receive the same quality care as everyone else at a reasonable and affordable price. When you call, ask about our sliding fee scale application and check with your insurance company to ensure that we are a provider of choice for them.

We know that there are many fine health care providers in our area and we appreciate when you choose us. We want to show you that we are the best and work with the best partners.
