Since 1993, Careteam Plus Health & Specialty Care, a nonprofit health care organization, has been dedicated to compassionate care, focusing on treating the whole person and addressing the underlying causes of poor health. We collaborate with local organizations to overcome barriers to high-quality health care and operate primary medical services in Conway, SC, with an administrative office there and a satellite location in Georgetown, SC. Additionally, we staff mobile telemedicine and community outreach units across the Grand Strand area, including Conway, Georgetown, and Myrtle Beach. This region, known for its welcoming atmosphere, excellent schools, lower cost of living, and low tax rates, offers a great work/life balance with its beautiful landscapes and award-winning beaches.
