We pride ourselves on being a well-rounded and convenient one-stop healthcare facility.

We have one belief at Careteam+ and that is that quality health care should be a right for everyone, not a privilege for those who can afford it. Everything we do revolves around that belief, ensuring that those who lack access to good quality care have it, those who are seeking privacy have it, those who are in dire need and emotional crisis have the compassion and care they need. Careteam+ accepts most insurance programs and for those uninsured and underinsured, we have a sliding fee schedule that will ensure that you too receive the same quality care as everyone else at a reasonable and affordable price. When you call, ask about our sliding fee scale application and check with your insurance company to ensure that we are a provider of choice for them.

We know that there are many fine health care providers in our area and we appreciate when you choose us. We want to show you that we are the best and work with the best partners.
