Baked Sweet Potato Fries

Ingredients:
4 each Sweet potatoes, ~medium sized
1 tablespoon Avocado oil
1 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper, ground
Method:
- Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
- Rinse sweet potatoes.
- Cut into your ideal French fry size. About 1/4 of an inch wide is great!
- Toss sweet potatoes, salt, pepper, and avocado oil in a large bowl.
- Line a large sheet tray with parchment paper, spread seasoned sweet potatoes out onto pan. Be sure that the pan is not over-crowded. The sweet potato fries should not touch.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes or until your desired crispiness.
