I would give them 100 stars if I could. Now understand, I have seen top Neuro, Infectious disease, trauma surgeons, but never received what I experienced here. My first appointment was amazing. The front desk receptionist was so kind and helpful (young lady) , the triage nurse was great, but Brandi Barnhill FNP was exceptional. She made me feel like a real human being and not a number. For the first time in over a year since my trauma and illness, I felt like someone really cared. I will definitely be back!

I went on for an appointment today and Nicole and Emma were very kind, considerate, helpful, and made my entire appointment stress free when I came in anxious. You could tell they really cared about their patients. I’m extremely grateful for such a pleasant experience with such kind people.

This is the greatest office of people. The staff is incredible. They are all kind and patient and gentle. The nurses on the phone and in the offices have been helpful and gentle. They call you back when they say and they bend over backwards in the customer service. Thank you for two happy experiences so far!
