Brownies

Ingredients:
15 ounce can Black beans, drained and rinsed
2 tablespoons Cocoa powder
1 cup Chocolate chips, melted
1 each Egg
1 teaspoon Vanilla extract
1/2 cup Maple syrup
½ cup Nut butter, almond or peanut butter
¼ cup Oil (avocado oil, coconut oil, etc.…)
¼ cup Water
1 tablespoon Instant espresso
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 teaspoon Baking soda
Method:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line an 8×8 inch pan with parchment paper and lightly grease.
- Warm water for :30 seconds. Then stir in espresso powder.
- In a blender or food processor combine all ingredients.
- Blend until smooth and combined.
- Pour brownie batter into baking pan and spread out evenly.
- Bake for 35-40 minutes.
- Allow to cool for 15 minutes before slicing into 16 servings.
