Myrtle Beach, SC–Careteam+ has announced the addition of pediatrics to their growing list of services. This announcement comes on the heels of the recent groundbreaking of their 10,000 sq. ft. medical facility on Singleton Ridge Road.
“As a primary care provider, we realize the importance of serving the entire family,” said Johanna Haynes, Executive Director. “We understand that parents and families are a child’s best source of support. Our goal is to provide coordinated primary care that gives children, along with their parents, the opportunity for a lifetime of better health.”
“Community outreach and advocacy are an important part of our mission. We offer medical care and educational programs designed to help all individuals, regardless of their age or income level. We handle everyday medical issues and help patients manage chronic diseases such as asthma, diabetes, heart disease, arthritis, obesity, and infectious diseases,” she continued. “Our care encompasses the total well being of each patient we serve,” Haynes concluded.
Careteam+ serves patients from its current location at 3650 Clay Pond Road in Myrtle Beach from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday, and from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on Friday. Appointments are encouraged, but walk-ins are welcome.
