Careteam+ to Break Ground on New Facility

Conway, SC–Careteam+ has announced plans for a 10,000sf facility to be built on Singleton Ridge Road in Conway, SC. Groundbreaking will take place Friday, May 13 at 11:30 am.

According to Johanna Haynes, Executive Director of Careteam+, “The new facility will allow us to expand our services within Horry, Georgetown and Williamsburg Counties. With our recent addition of primary care for adults and now pediatrics, a larger facility was necessary. Our new building will contain ample space for our growing number of medical providers and staff along with dedicated treatment rooms and an on-site laboratory. In addition, we look forward to having a community room that will be available after hours to local civic organizations,” Haynes said.

“Singleton Ridge Road was the perfect choice for our new medical facility,” she continued. “It is centrally located, in near proximity to Conway Medical Center, and well-known for the diverse number of specialized medical providers located within the area.”

The new facility, slated to open in early 2017, was designed by Tych & Walker Architects of Murrells Inlet, SC. Harrington Construction of Myrtle Beach, SC is serving as General Contractor.

Careteam+ will continue to serve patients from its current location at 3650 Clay Pond Road in Myrtle Beach from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm Monday – Thursday, and from 8:30 am – 4:00 pm on Friday.
