Cold Veggie Pizza

Ingredients
4 each Pita or flatbread
Cream Cheese “Sauce”:
2 ounces Cream cheese
¼ cup Greek yogurt
¼ teaspoon Garlic powder
¼ teaspoon Onion powder
Pinch Salt and pepper
Toppings:
1 cup Fresh vegetables, diced (peppers, cucumber, broccoli, tomatoes)
¼ cup Parmesan cheese
¼ cup Shredded carrots
Method
- Preheat oven to 425° F.
- Bake pita for 7-10 minutes until warmed and crisp.
- Divide cream cheese sauce between 4 pizzas, spreading evenly on pita bread.
- Top with prepared vegetables, shredded carrots, and parmesan cheese.
- Slice and enjoy cold.
