David Bullard

David Bullard is a sixth-generation Myrtle Beach native and a graduate of Carolina Forest High School. Immediately after high school, he pursued his studies in dance performance and fine arts in New York City, where he trained extensively at Steps, Broadway Dance Center, and through NYU programs.
After returning to the Grand Strand, David began teaching dance, color guard, and winter guard throughout North and South Carolina. After completing training through the Carolina Judges Association, he became a judge for the fine arts, judging dance competitions, color guard and winter guard contests, and pageants.

In 2013, David moved to Charlotte, North Carolina, where he completed his mixology certification at Johnson & Wales University. He then began working with a prestigious restaurant group in Charlotte, where he spent 10 years executing exclusive events, receiving fine dining training from some of the top restaurant groups in the United States, and learning the art of setting the table.

Since returning to Myrtle Beach, David has served as the lead bartender at an oceanfront resort and as a personal assistant to a real estate broker.
David’s core values are rooted in compassion, education, and empowering individuals who feel marginalized. These values are closely connected to the mission of Careteam Plus and its commitment to serving individuals and families with compassion, dignity, and access to the care and support they need. David believes in creating an environment where people feel seen, valued, and empowered, and he is committed to bringing those values to his service on the Careteam Plus Board of Directors.

Outside of work, David enjoys kayaking, traveling, camping, spending time at the beach, and giving back to the community.
