Health Fair Celebration

On August 7th, we celebrated National Health Center Week at Careteam Plus with a Mini Health Fair Celebration! Our staff and the community enjoyed great food and lots of fun! A special thank you again to Conway Mayor Barbara Jo Blain-Bellamy for stopping by and joining in on the fun!
