As you have seen, Careteam Plus provides a wide variety of health care services for your whole family, from chronic care, pediatrics, women’s health, onsite pharmacy, telehealth, mobile telemedicine to HIV/HEP C/PrEP and nPEP, education, testing and treatment. We are a well packaged and convenient one stop health care facility.

We have one belief at Careteam+ and that is that quality health care should be a right for everyone, not a privilege for those who can afford it. Everything we do revolves around that belief, ensuring that those who lack access to good quality care have it, those who are seeking privacy have it, those who are in dire need and emotional crisis have the compassion and care they need. No matter what, we want you to always feel heard, understood and knowing that you are getting the best care possible.
