Life Balance 360 is offered through Careteam Plus Pre-Diabetes Program. The class is on every other Wednesday starting February 4th. You can choose between the 12p-1p class or the 6p-7p class.
Life Balance 360 is completely FREE and designed to be engaging and supportive. You’re encouraged to bring a friend or family member and learn together.
